   I’m a football fan so I know every team has a star player. Apply this thought process to Henry Adams and the star by an absolute mile is Ella. She’s Brilliant! She listens, she’s patient, so knowledgeable and she works incredibly hard! Nothing was to much trouble. So this review is really for Ella, she proactively worked with the other agents in the chain and together with the fantastic Katie at Bay tree estates, these two superstars made happen, what at times seemed impossible to happen and all on very short timescales. We wish Ella all the very best and thank her. What an asset she is for any company.

   I can't stress how happy I am to have chosen to use Henry Adams (Middleton-on-sea). I met a few different estate agents to sell the property and my first impression of them was right, as they seemed to stand out from the rest and knew the market which gave me confidence that I had the right people. Through a really hard time for myself they have basically held my hand through the whole process in which I was new to. Nothing was too much trouble and such a knowledgeable friendly team. I was constantly kept updated on everything. And to add a cherry on top the property was sold within a week or two of going ahead with them. I'm so grateful for everything they have done and will definitely use them again. Thanks to all of you (Ben, Ella and the rest of the team).

   I was incredibly impressed by the service offered by Henry Adams when I recently moved house. In particular, Richard and Laura did everything possible to ensure a stress-free move. They were very approachable, supportive and dealt effectively with any obstacles that occurred. They communicated with all the relevant parties and ensured that I was kept fully updated throughout the sale. They are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   We brought our Bungalow through the Middleton on sea office of Henry Adams and could not have asked for a better service. Laura very patiently showed us around several properties before we made our final decision. Nothing was ever to much trouble, they always returned calls and found any information we required. All members of staff were really helpful even 3 months later when we needed some information about the heating, they contacted previous owners and the problem was solved. I would recommend this office and hope to use them again when my parents move down here with us... Many thanks for all your help.

   Using Henry Adams to sell our property also raised an opportunity to purchase a bungalow which suited our needs. We dealt with various members of staff and found them all professional and nothing was too much trouble in answering a number of questions we raised regarding the process for both sale and purchase. They were all very friendly and always had time to see us. We would definitely use Henry Adams again if needed.
