The Halle Team has been really helpful and friendly from the viewing day to the tenancy agreements. They also responded promptly to my queries and were able to sort out my tenancy agreement within a very short amount of time. I would happily recommend them based on how they have supported me during this period so far.
I would definitely think twice about using this company. Happy to move people into mouldy apartments and when you complain they evict you. They like to work closely with the landlord only and can ensure you they are not here to support you. Will probably be worse if you’re a uni student. Think twice before you view any of their properties. Unfortunately I haven’t got many good things to say. The landlord Mr Bahia, who owns the flats is aware that every single flat here is mouldy(apart from mine now which I really fought for! But had a massive impact on my mental health) When I went to Halle properties for help they said they would look into it but came back two weeks later with an eviction notice. The landlord putting everyone’s rent up but doesn’t want to do the work needed to ensure we are living in a warm mould free home. It took me a year and a half for them so sort the issues out! I think it’s terrible that they work with such bad landlords as they hear the complaints about the property but never help us. Halle properties are aware that once one moves out of the house. They paint over the mould. Put the rent up. And move the next one in. This should not be allowed. Landlords should not be able to get away with this and the estate agents shouldn’t be enabling this behaviour either. I have found them all to be unhelpful apart from Jodie. Who is the only one who helped during my eviction. In which im very thankful for.
Halle have been nothing but exceptional in the way they've supported us with our property and tenants. Meticulous, professional, trustworthy, critical thinkers and most importantly great communicators so everything is covered and I've felt looked after at every point. Thanks Halle!

I went to view a property through Halle, and although it wasn't quite right for me I was still really impressed with the service I received. Jatinder made the effort to show me the property outside of his working hours to accommodate me, and was the most genuine, friendly estate agent I've had the pleasure of dealing with (and I've spoke to a lot recently). Excellent service and highly recommended, I'll be sure to keep an eye out for any other houses you have available.
Amye was a great help when talking to her on the phone and in person. She gave me all the information i needed and was very kind. would definitely recommend her and ill be sure to use them in the future.
