   Gave my registration and got the wrong battery. Lead to me failing my MOT as I had to drive on the alternator and it brought up warning lights. Staff didn’t have a care in the world and wasn’t even able to supply the correct battery. Left with no battery, the diesel to get up and down the road, the time off work for my mot, the cost of a retest etc etc and all I got back was a poor apology.

   A new battery from warranty the last 3 winters, with number 3 just being out of warranty so they won't replace it. Dirty, stinking, cheap, nasty Global batteries with a 1 year warranty. They're not worth the plastic they come in. Just pay the extra couple of quid and go elsewhere for a decent battery.
