It's a pity that costa discriminates against people who want dairy alternatives. They charge 45p if you want a dairy free coffee. I will be visiting one of many other coffee shops who are happy to do dairy alternatives for free.
Ordered on JustEat as a little valentines treat for my staff, it arrived on time and nothing was missing, the drinks were still hot and they had very kindly put in some extra cookies for us to enjoy! Very pleased with the service and quality and will be ordering again. Starbucks - take note!! ;)
Popped in for a Christmas black forest hot chocolate it was nice. Busy little place has a lot of seating inside and out. With a drive through service. Staff were busy but ok. Tables were reasonably clean. Ideal if you want a drink or light bite.
Always nice to earn free coffees. This Costa has lovely , helpful staff. It was really clean when I went and my salted caramel frappe was delicious. They helped me choose a drink as they didn’t have ingredients for the one I wanted.
The seating areas has not improved. I was queuing for food waiting for a seat and the member of staff who was dealing with seats was going to give a table to someone who walked in. I spoke up but the member of staff was quite abrupt with me
Tables not cleared quick enough by staff. Saw several customers clearing the tables prior to sitting down. The tables were not cleaned after customers finished. Didn't see any members of staff cleaning tables during my stay.
Lovely friendly and caring staff. Nice atmosphere. Good place to relax
Great place for a coffee and snack. Used to have wifi but not been available for months...staff say its waiting to be fixed but that excuse is wearing a bit thin.
Got a take away hot chocolate staff were very helpful and friendly, place was very clean. Alway busy
Little bit of a wait. Price to be expected just over £10 for 3large hot chocolates. They were good mind you. Could have bought 4 pints of milk and a tub of chocolate powder for much less but as I was in the car I didn't have access to mugs, or a way to heat the milk.
