   Called this garage with a problem with the car gent said part would be there in 2-3 days so left car with him rang him to see if car ready no sign of part then a week later still no sign of part said it would be Thursday or Friday for delivery asked if it would be ready he said yes only hed had car a week he then replied over the phone that we could fetch it back if we like, his attitude was very abrupt over the phone and after a bit of deliverance we decided to fetch car back when we got to the Garage he asked why we were so impatient and then got quite abusive and made a detrimental remark to myself and my partner which I replied to never been spoken to by anyone in business like he spoke to us it was disgusting would not go back even if I had to push my car terrible experience.

   My partner has taken her car here for a few years. She had a new exhaust fitted last year and a few months ago the car was making a noise, but she was charged again to fix it?! She has also has issues with her brake light bulb keep going out.. all they have done is change the bulb every time when they know that there's a wiring problem. Last time, he did look at the wiring and the light was working again however it's just gone again and once again, my partner was charged for this. Seems he has too much work so if you keep bringing your car back, he'll just keep charging you till you don't come back. Well it worked, you won't see us again.

   Suspension issues with my car. Not driveable. This happened on Weds. Contacted Sutton Service & MOT Centre and spoke to Wayne. He recommended Ashfield Recovery Service to pick up the car and deliver to his garage. This was done on Thurs afternoon and car was fixed and ready by 4.30. Am delighted with the service provided both by Wayne and the recovery service. Brilliant !
