Yumna is a fantastic dentist and the nurses are always very good at taking my mind away from the treatment. It’s always a pleasure to see them and be treated by them. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling appointments as reception are always amazing.
Great dentist. Dr Oros is brilliant and very good at managing my anxiety. The receptionists are always very helpful and polite. This is by far the best surgery in Nottingham!
Been a patient here for a 6-7 years. The staff have always been fantastic & very respectful. My other half was struggling 3-4 years ago to find a dentist and they managed to get her registered & she can't speak highly enough of the practice either. My new dentist Dr Kaleem is brilliant, explaining everything in detail & giving me treatment options to choose from. I've had emergency appointments in the past & they've always managed to get me in without any hassle. We can't recommend them enough.
absolutely terrible! disgusting service wouldn’t even attend if it was the last practice on the planet the receptionist are so rude and terrible towards their patients they kick out children who are going for their operation the next day! they never ask the reason why you missed your appointment u could be having a heart attack and they won’t care they’ll be on their computers de registering u from the practice their service is absolutely poor and i wouldn’t recommend it to any of you. i asked to speak to the practice manager and she said she’s not in i then asked to speak to somebody senior which they don’t even have!!! this practice is so poor and cannot do their job. be glad you received one star.
Love the place! The receptionists are easy to talk with and always helpful. I've had 2 root extractions performed by Dr Ali (T), difficult operations but performed with no pain and a really high standard. I had an emergency appointment with the other Dr Ali, good dentist, nice person, seen quickly. Then there is the hygienist, Aayeshah, She is the nicest, kindest person I've met, my mouth went from a bad place to a much happier place. I actually look forward to my appointments. Definitely recommended :)
this dental is bad. I attended to their appointment in 2021 August, due to right side tooth issue. I can not eat by that side. They diagnosed wrong and filling some hole. After they finished all,I still can not eat by right side. And now my right side tooth getting worse, need to root canal treatment. Very disappointed

Awful service, especially at the reception where they always talk in a pretentious tone and there always seem to be an issue with something. Got email about removing me from the patient list unless I come for a checkup and pay for it, so I went and paid for it (to prevent from removing me from the list) but still have been removed from the patient list without an even an option to come back and the money have not been refunded to me. Asked them about their complaints procedure and they were not able to provide me with it - they told me to "google it yourself"! I'm in agreement with other reviewers - it's been OK up to about a year ago when Dr Ali left (I've been her patient for years!) - after that it all went downhill. Even though the receptionist pretentious tone was always an issue, they seem to have moved to the money oriented service and deregister people for whatever/no reason (ranging, as others pointed out, from, "missed" appointments caused by their poor communication, to made up reasons which was the case with me). I guess they wanted to remove me as I was barely doing any treatments there apart of the "compulsory" checkups (in order not to be removed from the "patient list" which I think it is £20 every 6 months) as I often go abroad and have an opportunity to go to a dentist there since it's cheaper and better materials are used. I guess they did not like that fact so they found a reason to remove me from their list in hope a more profitable patient would come in my place.
This dental practice deserves zero stars. The receptionists deliberately make appointments without telling you so when you miss 2 appointments they can de-register you and get new clients. Very poor communication! Definitely avoid as staff are unprofessional. The practice does not care about their patient's needs. They lack empathy. You'll have more luck going to your local boots and buying a dental kit and fixing your own teeth as clearly this practice is all about money. I wasn't treated as a patient/human being, I was treated as a number - nothing more. Their disregard for my dental treatment was abhorrent!
