We had afternoon tea on Thursday here. What lovely friendly people who own it! Nothing is too much trouble for them. We very much enjoyed our food and tea. Thank you and see you again soon.

I went here with my mum and best friend, it was meant to be a nice girly lunch before wedding dress shopping but found it really awkward. They say they're dog friendly but the lady serving really did not seem it. She said that they only usually allow one big dog per table (our dogs aren't that big either, more medium sized and very well behaved). I don't get that rule either, if we sat at separate tables would it be okay then?! We just found her whole attitude really strange and cold. She was quite passive aggressive e.g. I went outside at one point and because it was a heavy door didn't manage to pull it all the way to, she stomped up behind me and slammed it whilst glaring at me, bearing in mind we were the only people in the place at this point it was really awkward. The man was really nice and friendly which was the only redeeming feature and why I gave two stars rather than one. The food was below average, my jacket potato tasted like it was cooked last week and reheated and the decor is really dated and looks like someone gave my nan a tenner and sent her to the pound shop. Definitely won't be returning!

What an absolute gem! Never visited this area until now but glad we did. Received a very warm welcome, wonderful atmosphere/decor and the homemade cake and scone we had were the best we've had. Finished off with a lovely friendly chat with the owners before leaving. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return again.

Daisy's Tea Rooms is the most welcoming place you could ever visit. The afternoon tea is amazing and so tasty. When you walk into Daisy's you enter as strangers and leave as extended family. Jackie and Carl are the most friendliest hosts you could ever meet and nothing is too much trouble.

Beautiful quirky little cafe with an extensive menu from roasts to afternoon tea. The owners made us feel very welcome and we loved the finishing touches and personality of everything. Plus the lovely personal table card, candles and singing for my friends birthday. Couldn't possibly rate it highly enough. Thanks again, we can't wait to come back!
