   Overall pleasant experience, reception staff polite and helpful. Had a few appointments and each one was planned around me without any issues. Dr Bilal is very good, has empathy and gives great advice to help you through those tricky moments, explains what to expect during each procedure . Going to the dentist is definitely not on my top enjoyment list, but with the care I've received I'm confident with any future treatments I'll feel at ease . Thank you Dr Bilal

   This was my first visit. Over the years I have used several dental surgeries in different cities. This was by far, the best service I have received to date. The front of house team are friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed as I waited. The Dentist, Dr Ustham, was excellent. Very friendly, explained 3vwrything he was about to do in great detail and explained why it needed to be done. He personally took back to reception and booked my next appointment with me. Again. Explaining to myself and the reception team what will be taking place. Absolutely excellent, and extremely professional service. 10 out of 10

   I am getting on a bit now and consequently had many dental appointments with quite a lot of different dentists. The one I saw on my last 2 visits to your practice was quite easily the best.    On my first visit I was greeted by the very friendly reception staff which put me at ease, the waiting area was clean and tidy but could have some magazines in there. When I saw the dentist I was again greeted with a smile and friendly welcome, he listened to my dental problems and reassuredme that he understood what my concerns were . After a thorough examination he informed me that everything was satisfactory and gave a prescription for a specific tooth paste that was needed and an appointment was made for six months time. I fully recommend this practice and have already recommended them to my friends and family.

   Upon entering the practice, I received a very warm welcome from all the reception staff. Very professional and efficient. I was booked in and guided to the upstairs waiting area. After a very short wait, Dr Ayisha personally escorted me to the treatment room. A very warm welcome from Dr Ayisha and her dental assistant. My examination and X Rays did not take long. 5 star treatment indeed. Thank you very much.

   No NHS appointments, only horrendously expensive private treatment available. I don't think the dentist I saw knew how to read dental records, or Bupa deleted my records when they deleted NHS patients because they were clueless about my previous treatment. I emailed Bupa about NHS treatment and was told that if I go private, I cannot go back to NHS treatment if the practice miraculously starts doing NHS care again, then in the actual practice I was told I could go back to NHS treatment when possible. I think they've used covid as an excuse to just do private treatment and rake in more money. Luckily I can just about afford some of the treatments, my heart goes out to those that can't.

   Absolutely shocking service. NHS appointment postponed five times in a year without any notice or explanation. Though i could afford private treatment it is important this country provides an NHS service for those who can't. No apology, just simple lies about the dentist being off, or on holiday for over a year. i will be complaining to the NHS about this practice and i suggest anyone who has received the same level of non-service does likewise.

   I had Invisalign treatment followed by composite bonding and whitening by Adam Larke and I can honestly say it was brilliant. Adam was extremely professional and very friendly! I couldn’t be happier with the service and my teeth now look perfect! Couldn’t recommend Adam enough!
