   Stressful and disappointing. They insisted on pre-payment and promised that a crew will arrive the next day. The crew did not arrive. They claimed there would be a replacement but the replacement crew did not arrive either. For a company that bills itself as a premium provider (and even charges a 'service fee'), it was highly disappointing. Stay away unless you'd like to have a stressful and disappointing experience.

   OK you're heading off on holiday and have the great idea of offering friends to use your house whilst you're away. Then you realise you've barely got enough time to pack let alone fully clean the house, get washing done, make fresh beds etc. Now you're thinking why did I do this ... again. This is when I bring in Whissh. They let me focus on my holiday knowing my friends will have a comfortable stay with no need for any "sorry about the messy house" apologies from me. I have Whissh take control. Linen changed, washed, floors mopped, sweep, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, sofas sorted etc. All the things I don't have time for as I'm trying to get our the door. I then have them do the same before I return. I have used them three times and they are easy to book, turn up on time, do what I requested and then a bit more when they notice I forgot something. They save me time and eliminate cleaning stress - exactly what I want.

   Recently moved back and used whissh to clean up the flat before I unpacked. I moved into a spacious three room flat in central London. I was really amazed by the quality and attention-to-detail of their crew. I will consider their weekly housekeeping in the future.

   Excellent job by Danny! It was my first time trying the service with these guys but I was mind blown by the amount of attention and detail that went into the work. My cleaning specialist Danny was drenched in sweat at the end of the session and it’s winter! House feels super clean now and will definitely use them again. I have two dogs but no issues with these guys. Also had no issues working longer than the allocated time just to get the job done

   I was posted a Whiish leaflet through my door and gave them a call in urgent need for a cleaner for our end of tenancy clean at our rented flat in Clapham. The person I spoke with was polite, professional, responsive and helpful. They managed to arrange two cleaners to come to our property within a day to do a full deep clean of our flat and clean all the carpets. The price was reasonable and work that was done was great. They even sent us a report once the work was done with photographs. I would highly recommend Whiish and would certainly use them again! They were punctual, professional, hard working and very responsive.
