   Visited Richie’s this morning without appointment and the young man working there, of Polish origin, was SO SO HELPFUL! Long story short; I had an issue with a speaker in my car which Mercedes Belfast were going to charge a considerable sum of money to fix, but this man in Richie’s diagnosed and fixed the issue within 15 minutes! Saved me several trips to Belfast to get the problem (potentially) rectified at a costly sum along, as well as hours of waiting at the dealership and lost work time. Thank you so much Richies!!

   Was in with a broken turbo air freshener which was recently bought as a birthday present and was only put up on the dashboard for one day and it broke. The man that we had went to about it was nothing but ignorant and rude telling us that “someone must have broke it of” and that it wasn’t a “swap shop”. Then when we tried to tell him there was no smell of it he asked an employee if he could smell it and the employee said “very faint”, the man that was dealing with us then told us to come back because there was other customers in front of us which is fair enough but then when we came back in, (3 women and 1 man) he had it superglued back together and said that he asked 5 other people if they “could smell it” and they all said “they could” with a very cheeky tone with the women the second the man tried to say anything about his attitude he told the male with us to “get out of the shop”. The man was nothing but rude to us from the second we stepped into the shop till we left.
