   Absolutely terrible service, got a fuel tank refurbished for my girlfriends car, took them three weeks (originally was only supposed to take a week), got the tank fitted and was leaking after a day, phoned up and got them to redo it, fitted it once again, still leaking, was supposed to get a refund nearly three weeks ago and we are yet to receive it, when my girlfriends mother phoned to enquire about the refund she was spoken to in an absolutely appalling manner and was essentially told, you’ll get it when you’ll get it, wouldn’t expect this from any business let alone one that has done a terrible repair twice. I will not be using these services again and would highly recommend that nobody else uses these services either.

   Took car to get radiator replaced as engine coolant was leaking from it. Replaced radiator and refilled engine coolant all in the afternoon. Car running fine again and not leaking. Price was very good as well! Highly recommend

   Ordered an aircon unit for BMW from Martin, which was advised to call on Friday. not only did the item arrive on the Friday but he went out of his way to make sure it was delivered on time 50 miles away, cant get much better service than this. Thanks again

   My aircon stopped working on my three year old Ford. I took it to Halfords who tried to re-gas it but it didn't work. Halfords guys were decent and advised me there may be a leak or an issue with the compressor, they also didn't charge me and recomended Autoradz. Arrived and explained to the mechanic about the issue and that the air con was hissing/wheezing when I drove the car. I also advised him what Halfords had said. He then proceeded to educate me that in him doing the job for over 10 years hes never had a leak in an air con system. He also highlighted that Halfords don't know what they are talking about. Offerred me a re-gas for £120 cash (explained it would have been more with VAT if I wanted to pay by card...). Need to point out that despite me explaining the issues he didn't check the air con unit and only lifted the bonnet to connect the re-gas pipes. The re-gas was done and worked for about three hours. I took it back two days later and explained the issue in that it wasn't working, the same mechanic checked under the bonnet and under the car and bluntly stated "Compressors done, you need a new one". So it was then £245 +VAT oh and I would need to pay for another re-gas... another £120. Complete rip off to be honest - if he'd have checked the car before the fault could have been rectified. Also to charge me again for a re-gas is unfair. Wouldn't recommend and will go elsewhere. Shame really because the rest of the reviews are good but I feel ripped off. Paid £120 for a couple of hours of working air con.

   Keep going to Kwik Fit to get my zircon fixed, BIG mistake, useless!! My mechanic told me about these guys and they sorted it out there and then for FREE!! Told me to come back for a full refill which I am about to do, brilliant service, I would highly recommend them

   Friendly service at a competitive price and were up front about costs. Got air-con in my motor regressed and it has been worth every penny. Got another car check and only a nominal fee charged when it wouldn't hold coolant gas due to damaged condenser. Competitive price for repairing which I am still considering vis a vis the age / value of the car.
