“Used these guys for the first time last week to have a DSG gearbox and a Haldex service on my Golf R. Both Stephen and his colleague were friendly and approachable. They have the knowledge and you know you are not dealing with “Cowboys”. Enquiry made in Thursday, car taken in on Friday morning and ready by lunchtime. Picked the car up and it had seat covered, flooring mat, steering wheel and gear leaver covers.. A very professional approach. Being picky i asked for a photo of the Haldex gauze filter to be taken when it was being cleaned, before i even finished my sentence the boys were telling me they do that as part of their service anyway and named the premium oils i was hoping for.. cannot be faulted and will 100% be back for any work i need on any of my vehicles.. “Went to see these guys on Saturday with a problem i had been experiencing with my car vibrating when i drive at speed. The guys checked my tyres and the balancing and found an issue with the internal foam coming loose (Tesla tyres) and pointed me in the direction of a recall on these tyres and that they could be changed under warranty which i am in the process of doing. The service from these guys and the transparency was top class, they had knowledge of the issue and were able to identify the cause of the problem even before looking but still took the diligence to confirm it.
