Excellent service on my Audi Q3 at a reasonable price. Dessie was a gent and talked me through the report when handing the keys over, explaining the technical reasons behind some issues and advised when they may need replaced etc. Far better service than what I received at Audi in Belfast and will definitely be back.

I called today as my partners car needed a new exhaust, the person I spoke to was a gentleman! He understood the issue and even though they couldn't help today (the car was needed today) they recommended an alternative, its rare a company would take time out to help someone when they get no financial benefit themselves. I called who they recommended and the car was fixed in an hour. Crossey's was recommended to us initially and I appreciate the time they took out today to guide us, if we have any other car issues we will be going straight here! Customer care is more than just taking money with this business!!
Excellent service, getting daughter's Kia serviced here for few years now and always get the best of service. The bill is always at a fair rate too which helps. My own car is on a turnkey lease package including servicing, otherwise I'd be taking mine there too. Highly recommend.
