   I had a great experience with TBR. I dealt with Will throughout who was a gentleman! He was helpful, informative and communicated at every step. The work they did was excellent! The pricing was reasonable and their standards are professional from the initial quotation to settling the bill, something that is not the case across the board from other companies in a similar field. I would absolutely recommend TBR to anyone needing car repairs.

   While on holiday from the US, I had a minor incident with our rental car. There was a small scratch and indentation to the rear bumper. Unfortunately we got the cheapest car insurance with a very high deductible. We saw TBRNI and decided to ask if they could get the saucer sized dent out. In minutes the dent was gone and the bumper looked much much better! Even more so, they would not take any money for doing this. We eagerly offered but were refused. This business is very clean, courteous and professional. I highly recommend TBRNI, they did an excellent job. When we returned the car, the damage was not seen and did not cost us cost us at all. Thank you so much Keith, you really saved the day!!

   Took my VW Golf to TBR when someone knocked my wingmirror off. Car was red and i got it sprayed and fitted for £60 which others were charging £90 just to spray it.. Dropped it down Thursday night, and picked it up on Thursday lunch time. Also washed my car as it was dirty from work the night before. Cant recommand TBR enough for their professional service. Will be using them from now on. Very friendly, thank you again!

   Today I went to pick my VW Tiguan from TBR accident repair which had accident damage to the rear bumper rear os quarter panel and rear plastics to say I am pleased with the results dosen't even come close. The workmanship is second to none I am over the moon with it. Keith is a gentleman and his team are brilliant you cant even see any difference in the paint to the bit that was there before honestly it is a first class job I would def reccomend this place to anyone even cleaned the interior to cleanse it of any germs due to the covid 19 situation FIRST CLASS thank you very much another happy customer
