Mr service did a fantastic job on my Kia Ceed car yesterday Monday. I turned up to the warehouse at 0915 to buy 4 new tyres. He directed me and advised about car tyres. I bought 4 Pirelli tyres from him. I received a fair price from him. I thank Mr Service for his professionalism and patience, and also his advice. Dropped my car in to get it fixed. Got a 408 pound bill didn't think anything of it till I properly looked at it realised they done alot of stuff that I didn't ask for nor was I told they where going to do the work. Then realised there wasn't anything on the bill that indicates they fixed what it was in for. Took it to the MOT and it still failed for a broken spring that happened in-between them and the MOT centre they till me. If you're going to go here make sure you one either get a quote or tell them if something else needs fixed in relation to that problem to give them a ring before doing any of the work

MOT readiness They collected the car from my home address; sought approval to replace two tyres; provided a comprehensive summary of the work completed with a full cost breakdown. Also re-gassed the AirCon at my request. Car returned to home address on the same day and passed the MOT. High standard of professionalism and quality workmanship.
Needed new track rod ends and wheels aligned - Greg's quote was clear and concise - and price was very competitive compared to a couple of other well known local service outlets. Work was completed in good time and car returned in spotless condition. Will definitely be my go-to for any further service or repair issues
