Have used them a few times bit pricey but work was done and done correctly unfortunately when I tryed to book my car in again I was told no that it's too old now for them to be bothered to look at its a 2013 audi I can't understand why the age of my car affects them looking at it . I'll just use audi from now on .

Chased three times for a price to service the car was told back for the end of day with a price , phoned two other times . Went to Audi instead . You need more staff if you can’t get back to customer with a price .
I was recommended BSC by a friend, and I'm really fussy about who I bring my car to, so I've never been afraid to go pretty far afield to people I trust. Decided to try these guys and I couldn't be more impressed - talked through what I needed done and solved and what was clear was they took careful note and made sure everything was fully understood both ways. Prices were made clear, communication was excellent, and the work was good quality and in decent time. What more can you ask for?
Had a last minute issue with all rear drivers side lights not working. Rang Belfast service centre around midday on their last day of service before the Christmas break. Despite this short notice, Phil and his team were very willing and accommodating in taking the car in and ordering a part in in anticipation of the defect. When work was being done, there was a discovery that another part was required which was ordered and received on the same day. Car was sorted all on the day. Great turn around for short notice and would certainly come back.
Left audi A5 in on x2 different occasions 1 day each time for cruise control failure, not the steering wheel stick. Phil is nice to deal with initially but BSC unable/did not fix fault despite performing diagnostics and ‘software update.’ Was assured they fixed it with another simple software update on second time with car. Fault was still there on immediate motorway drive home. Not willing to leave in for a third day, no confidence in their skill/workmanship. Have since had at a different company - sensor fault found and replaced now working, not sure how BSC did not find this. Cannot recommend therefore from this experience, certainly not for electrical fault work.
Very good experience with them, dot on with what they mentioned and delivered things accordingly. Will surely recommend to other Audi owners. They are pretty quick as well.

Phil remembered me from a previous visit. Came in to get my car prep’d for MOT which led to the discovery of a few issues with the vehicle. Phil was very amenable in exploring various options and giving me time to think. For the significant amount of work required, Phil and his team got it done expediently and the car passed with no issues. Phil a pleasure to do business with and would come back again
