    Utter unprofessional and plain, old ignorance. Discussed a service and pricing plus their availability - I advised I was awaiting an imminent telephone call from another provider to which the male advised "We don't do this pricing around, go to the other fella" and hung up the phone. Disgraceful customer service - I guess business must be absolutely booming where by you cannot wait 10 minutes for a call back plus confirmation. Wrong path to go down.
