Was in a bit of trouble with car engine management light came on just at the start of the Xmas holidays I was travelling to Scotland that night phoned Ian who told me to bring car round and he would put on machine to diagnose what was wrong with car took a couple of mins and problem found was able to go on my holiday with piece of mind will use the guy again excellent service
Exceptional. Called in unannounced with issues with my brakes and these guys were amazing. Ian, the mechanic, instantly said no problem and took the car. Within 3 hours, had car back, brake pads replaced and callipers fixed. Called in and saw him and Danielle and both were simply brilliant! 100% will be back and STRONGLY recommend to everyone. One of the last few places where standards are upheld!!! The owner here (Ian) cares about his work that he puts out and the staff he invests in. I've seen this first hand and would happily take my car here again anytime and will! Ian is passionate about cars, quality of work and customer service and experience. It's rare you find this in the auto industry and when you do it's something you save in your contacts. I also know that Ian takes pride in teaching the next generation in the industry and helps support them in their own careers; selfless. Cannot recommend this place enough if you need any work done.
