I asked them to fix my car. Left the car for with them for a week. Never received call from them. I called back to know if the car has been fixed. They said yes but they never called to inform me. I got there to pick up the car, I was told they changed tyre leaving the main issue with the car. The guy I met was so rude and unconcerned saying I didn't ask them to when I did tell them to fix it. I am done with them
1000% recommend Bangor Tyre Company. I needed new tyres desperately and i also needed the track rod ends replaced - im far from a vehicle expert but Jordan explained everything. This was my first visit and was incredibly happy with the range of tyres and pricing. The advice I received meant I got better tyres that were more fuel efficient for the same price. No appointment needed and the two tyres were changed inside of about 50mins.
Amazing service! Booked in after an MOT fail. They phoned around multiple places trying to find the part which is like hen's teeth and kept me updated the whole time with costs etc. Charged me minimal labour costs because the part was being supplied by the main dealer at dealer prices and my car flew through the retest. Thanks for a great service!
Absolutely first class service. Everyone involved extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. 2 new tyres and wheel alignment at an excellent price. Special shout to Mr. Hopps who went beyond the call of duty and sourced a tyre for my trailer at no charge ! A true legend. I work in community care and needed 2 new front tyres quickly as it was very icy. I asked if they had time to change them on my break, they told me that was fine whenever suits me. I arrived 2 minutes later to be told by an older man who was very arrogant that I would have to wait 40 minutes as they had lunch, even though they told me to come down. He was basically shooing me away while speaking fearing his food would get cold. I was originally quoted £50 per budget tyre but price then changed to £63. I asked him if he did blue light discount, he didn't know what it was but then said he'd 'sort something out' when I explained its a discount for public sector/nhs. I came back later greeted by same man, charged me £63 per tyre, I asked if he would apply a discount and he very rudely said 'hmm no now I don't remember saying anything about a discount, DID I?' I told him he did say he would, so he reluctantly did, terrible attitude and service from this man. The other staff were nice but the older man was nasty. I asked him if they did other work on cars and he said yes, i told him my exhausted had disconnected, he said he would look at it, he didn't and I never saw him again. Took my wheel nut from my boot and then wedged it badly into my glove box half closed nearly breaking it. Awful customer service.
First class service!! I called in this morning for a price on a tyre, Best price I could find and it was fitted with 10mins there and then!! Will defo use again for all our work Thanks so much
Not sure I can say thank you enough. Have had some disastrous luck of late and called into get a puncture repaired. To say I was well looked after is an understatement. The gesture and kindness shown to me won't be forgotten. Superb customer care. Highly recommended.
