   I went to Modern Tyres Newtownards for a 4-wheel alignment. I paid in full, but my car was still pulling to the left exactly as before. I later had it checked by an independent mechanic, who confirmed the alignment had not been done — it was still 10mm out on one side, and the track rod ends showed no signs of adjustment. They also never provided any proof or before and after report. The service felt dismissive, and I had to raise a dispute with my bank just to try to get my money back as i felt they were fobbing me off telling me to come back on different days. I would not trust this branch.

   Very poor experience at Ards Tyres. Poor communication, not informed that I was left with missing parts after they were damaged ( and charged for it) When I complained in person was told ‘nothing I can do’ and no apology given. Shoddy service bordering on negligence!

   4 wheel balanced charged 39 pound Receipt says 6.95 per tyre plus 1.35 tyre disposal.. for what??? Still same tyres After 30min found soft wheel back to them to check so were so busy cant checkat the minute. ignored me walk away Really disappointed never come back to them
