If I could give beyond 5* I would. Exceptional, efficient service which got me back on the road after a dipped beam headlight repeatedly shorted out. Given the winter driving conditions this was really appreciated. They are extremely busy - I think due to how fantastic their service is!
Had a tow bar fitted yesterday. Excellent job, first class service. It’s a real neat fit. I’m quite fussy, but I’m very impressed. All the guys there know their stuff !!

Complete time wasters. They kept the car all day and did absolutely nothing. No excuses, no apology, they couldn't have cared less. UPDATE: in response to the owners comment: There was no explanation or cognisant response at pickup. The person who handed over the vehicle did not even know what it was brought in for. When asked what has been done he just said 'it failed'. When asked what exactly it 'failed' he stated 'what it was brought in for'. You knew exactly the make and model of the car when it was booked in. If you are unable to access necessary documentation to support fault finding perhaps that would have been the time to mention it, rather than a week after I left my review. At least others who read this review can see the attempt to defend the indefensible with excuses that took you over a week to come up with. Perhaps they will take some comfort from your now stated 'policy' not to charge if you are unable to successfully identify a root cause.
I have had jobs needing done on a couple of different vehicles, and they have been brilliant. Would definitely recommend.
