A cowboy garage. Left my car in for a replacement auto steering distribution. Within a week they said they had the part and would fix. Were then told it would require an autospark as the new part was not being recognized. We found a suitable autospark and went to pick it up. Asked for the old part and they said they had threw it out but an autospark was coming to the garage this week so he could see it then. We were very grateful and said that was great. Over a week occurred and we had no word - everytime we asked we were told the autospark was just about to come etc. Eventually when it had been with them approx 3 weeks we decided enough was enough and we would take it to our own. We settled our bill with the garage and took it elsewhere. Imagine our surprise however when told by said mechanic that the part had never been replaced with the dust around the part undisturbed. Additionally when he then did replace the part the car was totally fixed, with no autospark issue in the first place. They had scammed us out of our money and had done no work. When I phoned to complain to the garage I was met with a highly aggressive response from the mechanic himself who said we could see the part even though it was previously meant to be thrown out. When this was pointed out he simply said it didn't matter as he had changed it, changing his story. Do not use this service - they will fleece you for no work and act aggressive toward you when you complain about it.

Before reading this please ignore the 4* rating this ‘company’ has, if you look at most of the positive reviews you can see these have been posted by ‘1 review’ accounts, very easy to manipulate, as I am demonstrating. Look at the people who have reviewed multiple places and their experiences. Stay away from this Cowboy garage. My journey with Windsor Autos began when my car's battery light illuminated on Donnybrook Street, just 1 street away from the garage. I reached out to Windsor Auto, only to be informed that they were exceptionally busy and that my car might be held for up to two weeks. Despite the inconvenience, I remained hopeful and tried to accommodate the situation as best as I could. However, as the two-week mark came and went, I was appalled to discover that my car had not been touched since I left it. I contacted the garage, only to be met with empty reassurances that my car would be tended to promptly. They assured me it would be ready by the end of that week, specifically on April 28th. A few more days went by and I was walking along Donnybrook, I was taken aback to find my car missing from its original spot. Hope surged within me, suggesting that perhaps the efficient WA had finally taken action. With a glimmer of optimism, I walked to the garage and saw my car in the distance, to my surprise when I got closer I noticed that WA had kindly added a couple of new modifications to my car! There, parked on double yellow lines, was my car, bearing not only a parking ticket but also had completely bent the top of the bonnet back on itself. A mix of disbelief and anger coursed through me as I tried to comprehend how this could have happened. I attempted to contact WA, but my calls went unanswered. Eventually, when I managed to reach someone from the garage the following day, they shamelessly spun a tale about an apprentice causing the damage, blaming it on a gust of wind—an outright lie that I now recognise. What followed were five agonising weeks of almost daily calls to the garage, during which I was repeatedly assured that a new bonnet was on its way from the paint shop. Each time, they promised that as soon as the bonnet arrived, my car would be promptly fixed, conveniently ignoring the fact that the original issue I brought it in for had yet to be resolved. Regrettably, these promises proved empty, leaving me with mounting frustration and a growing financial burden. I must emphasise the toll this ordeal has taken on my finances. Throughout the nine and a half weeks that I was deprived of my car, I had no choice but to secure insurance for an alternative vehicle, amounting to a hefty £210. This, coupled with the countless lies I was subjected to, only added insult to injury. Finally, after enduring this 9 and a half week wait, I was reunited with my car (after a whopping £34 apology discount). Excited to now have my car finally back I discover that it now harbours new problems—issues that were non-existent prior to its ill-fated visit to WA. In light of my experience, I feel compelled to caution others against entrusting their vehicles to this Cowboy establishment. Their blatant lies, lack of accountability, and the financial burden they imposed are unacceptable. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding Windsor Auto at all costs. Currently £460 down for a faulty repair job and a letter from parking wardens saying that a ticket needs urgently paid. *NB to Peter, during our phone call you kept referring to the fact that you are out of pocket throughout this ordeal and although this may be true it is simply not my fault and if you are not willing to accept that as a business then that speaks volumes for itself*

Absolutely fantastic service. I have had both my cars worked on in this garage and they are so helpful and attentive. The mechanic Toufig is brilliant at his job and truly cares about fixing the problem. Best garage in Belfast

At the only exit from Belfast my Corsa started trembling and yellow light "motor issue" turned on, I fortunately found this garage service (on Saturday 5 PM!) Serviceman Toufik, even he finished his shift, took my car, made a quick diagnosis and changed spark plugs and coil which was urgently needed. Thanks to him I had my car in a full operating mode at 5.45 PM! Absolutely reasonable price and a friend in need approach!

I rate this garage zero stars but I couldn’t delete the 1 star above!! Please avoid this mechanic! I had a very bad experience. I bought all the oil for my 2 cars and filter air and filter diesel. I bought everything myself and his work he charged me £60 for oil and £60 to check on the computer for faults and to to delete service B5 overdue. But he didn't know how to delete the B5 overdue on the computer. He told me to go to another mechanic to do it. I checked on utube when I went home how to delete the B5 and it's easy so I deleted it myself. He charged me (£24) tax. That's totals £144 for each car totalling £288 which I paid cash. I left the first car and he told me it would be finished in 1 hour. When I went to collect the first car it wasn't finished so I'd left my other car to be serviced. I waited 4 hours at the garage for my cars and they said theyre still not finished. After 6 hours he told me I can't delete the B5 via the computer. when I went home and checked the oil, the blue car hasn't been changed as you can see in the pictures. I saw the mechanic change the oil in the black car but then the mechanic asked me to leave the garage therefore i didn’t see the oil being changed in the blue car. And also they recorded on the receipt the wrong mileage by almost 1000 miles more for the black car!! and 2000 miles less for the blue car!!!!! Please see the photos for evidence! My black car had 102669 miles and the blue car had 78114 miles. he charged me a total of £288!!! This is a complete rip off!! Avoid this garage!!!!!!

After waiting 9 hours for our (ex) insurance company to send a recovery vehicle for our boxer campervan, Wilson Auto stepped in at the last minute and came immediately after a long day on the phone to an unprofessional insurance company. Peter himself came brought us and the van to his garage then brought us home in his own car. The van was fixed the next morning and a fraction of what we were quoted. So thank you so much Peter and Rab. Wishing you all the best. John and Geraldine.

Had a light bulb failing me on a Saturday evening, called the shop and even though it was closed, they opened the door and sorted it out so I could drive safely with working headlights. Excelent customer service from them.

I’m a newly qualified driver and my car overheated on the motorway. I visited Windsor Autos to establish the problem. They were able to assist last second on a Saturday afternoon. Not only were they able to fix the problem, but they also educated me on the essentials of my car. Excellent service from the mechanics, I will be back for future services.

What a nightmare! My son Jimmy , pronouns he/him, needed to use the bathroom. It was an emergency and the closet bathroom was this mechanics, what a horrible mistake. The two gentleman that served us was called Pepper and I believe Andrew or Gabriel I can't recall. They refused to let my son use the bathroom unless I paid for something, so I had to buy a brand me set of Tracmax X-privilo TX3 Tyres for a Holden commodore, worst thing is I don't even own a car!!! But it gets worse, since there was two of us they made me buy another item so now my son owns a 46 PCS Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench Set, 1/4 inch Socket Wrench Ratchet Set Mechanical Tool Kit. would not recommend this mechanic!!

Awful service. Left my car in to them in June for an oil change. I was called the next day to say it was ready. I showed up and paid 96 pound for the job, but then found out they did the wrong Golf and hadn't touched mine. They apologised and said they would do mine later today. I said it was fine and left the car with them for another 3 days and they still didn't touch it! So I ended up bringing my car somewhere else. So I paid them 96 pound and they had my car for 5 days and didn't even touch it. I am still waiting for the refund I was promised 3 months ago. I have gone down in person somewhere in between 5 and 10 times. I have called their number around the same amount of times. Each time with stupid excuses promising that they will transfer the money back the next day. I have gone down in person and wrote my details in their diary and texted to the phone as they requested and still no refund. Absolutely ridiculous services and awful attitude. At this point you can keep the money, I'll be making sure to spread the word of my experience at this garage.
