   We have been taking our cars to Creightons Garage for servicing for over 13 years. Unfortunately, their level of service has declined significantly over the past couple of years. I recently took my car in for a service and an MOT, and it failed the MOT twice. The person who checked the car said the reason could be many things and admitted that he did not know the exact cause. My car stayed at the garage for several days without any solution. I paid for everything they asked for, yet there was still no solution and no refund offered. I no longer recommend this garage for servicing. We have lost a great deal of time, money, and—most importantly—trust.

   Undrivable rental car, country road, narrowing time window for airport checkin, winter rush hour to traverse - it didn’t look good. Luckily Jonny from Creightons turned up , next thing car and driver were loaded and away. He coped with changing destinations, unexpected road blockages and his anxious passenger!    Great friendly staff, plenty to choose from, hot and cold food as well as ready made meals, the staff in the post office are very friendly and helpful, and the fact that it stays open 24 hours is also a bonus if you’re stuck, highly recommended

   My breakdown recovery review. Have to say the man who came to our help late on a Friday night was very helpful, we broke down just outside Lisburn after leaving Belfast a short while before it to travel about 86 miles home. The man who came on the call out was very helpful & tried his best to get us going again (as we had another 80 miles or so to travel) but no success in getting us going as a part was needed. He couldn't take us back home as he was very busy & it is a big journey, but he was great in letting us sit in the lorry to get a bit of heat as my other half was coming down with a dose, (while we waited on our taxi booked from our breakdown cover) so that was greatly appreciated & wasn't something i'd expected him to do, but he kindly did. What was a bad experience breaking down late at night with my other half feeling under the weather, was helped by this man who was very friendly & helpful. And the man who delivered our car home today was very pleasant also, so all in all i would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services.

   Good variety in store. Prices higher than should be. My experience in the store today was poor. Left feeling like the staff had done me a favour by serving me. Customer service must be something other shops do. Food was fine but no better than anywhere else so will definitely get the labourers Friday frys elsewhere.
