Followed my hairdresser here after she left her previous salon. I knew my hair would be beautiful as Nicolle always does a fabulous job. I sometimes find salon environments a bit intimidating but I’m so happy she’s moved to a salon that feels warm, relaxed and welcoming from the moment I arrived.

I used Serenity Seven for the first time today and my experience was fantastic. The salon is beautiful and I was made to feel welcome straight away. My hair stylist was Lauren and she was brilliant. My hair was long overdue a chop and I left feeling human again! I’m also 8 months pregnant and had a dizzy spell and started to feel quite unwell. Lauren looked after me until I felt better and made sure I was okay before finishing. Despite the wobble, my hair looks amazing! Lovely Hair cut alone, I’ll definitely be using Serenity Seven again just based on the care and fantastic customer service I received!
