   I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from Springfield-Autos Belfast! From start to finish, everything was handled with real professionalism, care, and attention to detail. I brought my car in with a serious deep knocking sound from the bottom of the engine, which turned out to be caused by excessive clearance and movement between the connecting rod and the crankshaft due to a worn bearing. Most garages would have made this sound like a nightmare, but Springfield-Autos diagnosed it quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed it perfectly. The engine now runs smoothly and quietly — better than it has in years! They also replaced my air conditioning condenser panel. The whole process was stress-free, affordable, and completely transparent — no hidden costs or upselling, just honest and knowledgeable work. Their customer support is second to none. The team kept me updated throughout, answered every question with real expertise, and made me feel totally reassured that my car was in the best hands.    Left daughters Ibiza with Kevin, to get water pump and timing belt done . Unbelievable service and extras with fantastic advice on other things needing done not to mention fantastic price for work carried out. First time using but definitely not the last. I used this company today and they were fabulous, very pleasant and I didn’t feel afraid to speak to the guys like I usually be when I go to mechanics. They took the time to explain what they repaired and were more than helpful, I felt like I could ask them anything. The car was left in that morning and was done early afternoon. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks!
