   Left car in on 25/10/24 to be prepare for MOT after talking to a staff member was told that it might need a lot of work done so agreed to take it down for MOT test and see what it would fail on was charged for gas emissions test brake shock imbalance test headlight imbalance test under body wash took car home didn't drive it again until 29/10/24 went to take it for MOT didn't get there as front brake pipe was leaking fluid had no brakes at all this was very dangerous indeed lucky no accident took place took it back again to them had work done but was charged again for things I have said above didn't say anything at time it's only money just so sad that someone would do that but anyway took car for MOT that night was getting a noise from brakes but car did pass MOT took it another mechanic was told a need new CV joint repair would be nice if owner could explain why they would double charge how could anyone wash a car twice and do other things to it that was already done I can't change the truth as I have receipts received phone call on the 14 mar from manager Aaron apologised and said this should not have happen and offer me the cost of a MOT £38 why? Car didn't fail MOT was charged 96 on first visit and charge again for the same work on second visit this got me very upset wouldn't pay back the cost of double charging I truly believe this is very dishonest they new what they where doing I ended the talk telling him I don't care about the money and keep it just wanted him to treat his customers with honesty not doing work that didn't need done I learnt my lesson you are at their mercy taking your car there.

   Sprint Autos did a fantastic job on my car! One thing I really appreciated is that they let you source your own parts, which saved me a lot of money on my Volvo’s timing belt and water pump replacement. Great service, fair prices, and really good people to deal with. I highly recommend this company!

   Nikki and the team were fantastic in their efforts to fix my car. They truly went above and beyond, doing everything they could. I’ve been coming here for years as had my dad since it was opened and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. They’re reliable, trustworthy, and always put the customer first.    Had an issue with a seatbelt on my VW CC sticking when pulling it out. I consulted Nicola via telephone to see if they could help with my issue. The service was very friendly and professional and I was put at ease that they could sort me out before my MOT date. Work was carried out on my car by Aaron, communication was clear and concise and I was left extremely satisfied with the service I experienced. I would recommend them to friends and family and I will use them again in the future. Thank you.

   **First Time Customer** Brilliant service from a professional, informative and friendly team. All of the staff I dealt with were honest, reliable and communicated well with me throughout my vehicle being assessed, and my oil leak issue being resolved. As well as all of this, I was very happy with what I was charged, and know that I would have struggled to find somewhere else that could have resolved my issue at a similar cost. 5 stars. If ever I am in difficulty again, I'll be going straight back to Sprint Auto Centre.

   Such an incredible service. The loveliest staff who went above and beyond after our front spring broke just days before our wedding. The team were amazing and got our car repaired and back to us just before the wedding rehearsal. Fantastic place that we will definitely be using for our car services going forward.
