Worst customer service. Did a job without telling me the cost or what he was going to do first. Then when done gave me a price and because it was expensive I said I would call back and he flipped out and stated cursing at me. Undid the work. Kept being rude when I picked up the car again. Waste of time. Guy has anger problems.
Thank u so much to the fella from bcd autos that came out and asked were we ok as he seen the bonnet of the car up, we had broke down with a pipe coming off for the water in the engine, he helped try and fix to help us get home with no charge, and filled bottles of water to help get us back to bangor, well thank you so much we made it home, very much appreciated and definitely recommend as such a polite and friendly person, with alot of banter might I add sorry I didnt get his name
Absolutely amazing mechanics, I brought my car down this morning (Saturday morning) as it was leaking oil and previously having a mechanic arranged to come fix it as a no show I was really trying my luck bringing it here without an appointment. They took me in right away and showed me the problem (which I appreciated so much as being a girl most mechanics wouldn’t bother to show or teach you). Had the car fixed for me within a few hours and even gave me a twenty back to enjoy a coffee on the drive down south. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, I’ve found my forever mechanic!! Brilliant guys, thank you both so so much!! I’ll recommend to everyone and anyone! Ps, mechanic even said to bring it back on Monday for him to ensure the problem is fully resolved, these guys really look after their clients!!
I've been a customer of BCD for 8 years or more! I've never had an issue with them or a problem not resolved. Kameel and Jamie are are great lads. Always sort my car problems out ASAP and at a very low rate. Don't listen to thee bad reviews, TRUST Me and more to the point trust BCD! Also car recover is very cheap and get you back on the road in no time.

bad owner, unbearable, charged me for a service that was not done. and then he tells me it's the cheapest in belfast, he threatened me if i didn't leave his property he was going to attack me. never use this workshop

These guys do a fantastic job. They try their best to do the work for the cheapest price they can. As a woman I am always cautious that men will charge me more for car repairs. Kamil has looked after my car since I moved to Belfast four years ago. He is honest and reliable. I would highly reccommend.
