I received an excellent Service from Agnew Accident repair. Staff are very friendly and professional. When I collected my car flowing replacement of back bumper it was like a brand new car. I would highly recommend.
First class Service from Agnew’s Repair Centre. Ciara is a diamond!! She is very warm and welcoming. Her smile is very sweet and infectious and makes customers all feeling happy and comfortable! She is an asset to the company!! Brendan was also exceptional who went out of his to accommodate us from investigating damage, repairs needed, courtesy car and returning the car back in pristine condition!! He is a good replacement for Andrew Hammond who we always approached when any of our vehicles are damaged. I highly recommend you to ask for Brendan in Agnews should your vehicle be damaged. He is courteous, professional and always a gentleman.

Fantastic service! Agnew Repair Centre-Boucher Road. I was unfortunately involved in bit of a fender bender and badly needed my car repaired. The insurance company recommended these guys, I'm so glad they did. The car was repaired to an exceptionally high standard and the F2F service received matches that. Big thank you to the lady at reception, always very welcoming plus the coffee is great! Also, a big thanks to Andrew Hammond for his help in organising the repairs and the loan car etc//. All in all this business is a credit the wider Agnew group and everyone involved should be proud of that! Highly recommended!
Excellent Garage - After some research opted to bring my collision damaged Golf to Agnews. It was not a straight forward solution due to difficulties with a Republic of Ireland counterparty insurer but the guys at Agnews assisted throughout and as soon as things were approved had the car in straight away and back out quickly looking absolutely flawless. Particular praise to Andrew Hammond who managed the case and was trustworthy, personable and patient throughout all complications.
Without being specific they seem to have an issue with judging customers. My car has a manufacturing defect and the paint man thinks i need to be a loyal customer for them to have fixed the issue. Waste of time.
Recently left my daughters BMW car into Agnew Accident Repair Centre to be repaired. What can I say about this experience other than from start to finish they dealt with my daughters mishap and kept her informed of the work in progress, gave her a courtesy car and took all the stress out of what was a very stressful time for her just one week before her wedding . When she came home from Honeymoon her Bmw was sitting like New again. She was looked after by Mark Holmes and 10 outta 10 for your professionalism and for going the extra mile and taking all the stress out of her mishap.
Excellent job Andrew and the team. Absolutely Delighted with the quality of work and the colour match on the refurb you did with my Beetle wheels. Brought them back to a factory finish.
