   5 out of 5 for the treatment I had done with the beautician who was so lovely. 1 out of 5 for the receptionist ( dark hair, makeup) who pulled a face to the other receptionist after I signed in/said my name ( the other receptionist has always been nice when I've come in before) I saw it but didn't have the mental energy to address this rude and immature behaviour. Unprofessional front of house and just made me feel uncomfortable. Thanks for that!!

   I had my hair done today by Lucy, she always does an amazing job - really happy with the colour. For the rest of the staff at Joshua Tree - they’re always so friendly, both on the phone and in person. I would 100% recommend this salon. Plenty of free parking and nice coffee too.    I was in need of some relaxation after a busy few months. After a very thorough consultation with Danielle, she recommended a facial and massage combo. She really listened to what I wanted (and needed) and designed a wonderful experience including a back scrub, divine massage and a deeply relaxing facial, what a treat! Danielle is a wonderful therapist who listens and I had the best night's sleep after. Definitely something I would recommend for anyone needing a wellbeing boost! Thank you, Danielle.

   Going to the salon today was a special treat. This was the first time that I attended this salon, and I had such a lovely time. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was a very busy Saturday, I wasn't made to feel rushed or that I was on a conveyor belt. The lady who was doing my hair today, Mia, was very attentive and methodical. As a new client not only to her but to the salon, she wanted to make sure that I understood what she was doing each step of the process of having my hair dyed and cut. She wanted to make sure that I was comfortable as I was having the foils put in, as well as when I had them removed and again when I had my toner put on. I felt completely at ease and relaxed in the knowledge that I was going to leave the salon with fabulous hair. And I did! Thank you so much for today, Mia. Absolutely love my hair!

   Had my hair done with Lucy who performed a t section colour which turned out incredible I absolutely love the colour and Lucy gave me lots of advice on my hair too Iv been to Lucy twice now and wouldn’t go to anyone else I trust her decisions and skills. Everyone at the Joshua tree was really welcoming and a special mention to the receptionists Laura and Polly for regular drinks and also offering me cake and checking in regular to make sure I was happy and comfortable during my treatment. 5 star service from the Joshua tree highly recommend.    Great experience. All staff are very friendly and professional. Chanda performed a neck, shoulder and back massage for neck pain and regular headaches. Cannot fault the experience. Extremely professional and made a big difference to my symptoms. Will def be booking again. Many thanks, Chanda. I have had massages from other members of staff and all have been very good.    Great to be back at the salon, first visit since before covid and fully enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, treated to a couple of scrumptious coffee too. Booked a colour cut and blow dry with Hayley and what an amazing result. Very happy, my hair looks amazing. Booked again , thanks Hayley. See you all soon

   I come for all my hair care here. Lovely atmosphere, great staff. Always offered a drink and always leave feeling refreshed. Lovely head massages with relaxing oils at the beginning of treatment and Aveda products are just so luxurious (and cruelty free). Amy is wonderful so I do get my treatments with her and can honestly say I've been super pleased after every visit. After dealing with pretty bad post partum hair loss I was worried going in for hair cuts again but Amy reassured me and she's gotten my hair back into really good condition even with my wayward regrowth! TLDR: Highly recommend this salon for anything to do with hair.
