   The whole experience from booking the treatment was excellent. Left a message and got a phone call back with numerous dates and times I could get in. (Very accommodating) Suman was on time for my appointment. She took care of everything and the treatment that I had done was brilliant. I would definitely recommend the salon and will be using them again!

   I had an expensive 1hr pregnancy massage a few weeks ago. The therapist was great and her massage was lovely, but the atmosphere not so great. A dog was crying and barking practically throughout the whole treatment. I asked if it was a salon dog it was that loud as it overtook the spa music being played. Unfortunately it was a dog in the attached dog groomers next door. She mentioned they had performed sound proofing but on this occasion it did not work and ruined the relaxation of my massage. I appreciate this is out of their control but I was advised I would get a phone call by the end of the week to offer some kind of compensation. That phone call never happened therefore I will never return to this salon and advise anyone that books a massage to have this in mind.

   Having not been for years due to work commitments, finally booked a full body massage with Suman. I had this when Suman first opened the salon (back in the day) and she is still excellent! Knows exactly what needs pressure, just wish I had asked her to concentrate on my shoulders more. The salon is run professionally, its clean, calm, smells beautiful. i had also booked a feet revive with Francesca- equally good. Note you do have to get dressed and move rooms in-between these treatments. I travel from Manchester to come to see Suman and its certainly worth the trip, every time!

   I have been going here for some time now but today plumped for a mud body wrap which includes a wonderfully reviving facial and magically relaxing Indian head massage. The whole treatment and its benefits was explained fully by Suman whose knowledge of our skin and body workings always astounds me. Can definitely recommend this treatment as I practically floated out afterwards as I was so relaxed and my skin feels wonderful, thankyou

   Friendly, local salon for anything beauty related. If like me, you are fussy about your eyebrows (specifically threaded), then you can’t go wrong with Suman. She knows what she is doing! Also recently started taking my teenager too, who was nervous at first about a wax but Suman put her mind at rest straight away and now she too is a regular. I couldn’t go anywhere else now!

   Went for a full-body massage & found the therapist well-trained, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, my treatment started 10-15 mins late and I could hear two women chatting loudly (possibly therapist and client) all the way through my "relaxing" treatment in the next room, which somewhat ruined the ambience. The ambient-sounds CD kept skipping throughout, too, although the therapist was very apologetic and I wouldn't normally mention it were it not for the above. I'm going back to try out a pedicure soon, but probably not another massage. UPDATE: added another star after a thoroughly excellent pedicure. Much better than the popular city salon, with proper massage and extra care taken. Will 100% go back for another.
