A big thank you to Christopher and Kalok who made the whole accident repair process incredibly stress free and easy. They took care of everything, from insurance to getting me a courtesy car and kept me up to date on what was happening with my own car during the whole process. The repair itself was faultless and looked as good as new.

From first contact all the staff were very helpful the reception staff, repair inspector, car collection and car return. I was kept informed of the progress of repair. The work on the dent and scapes was exceptional. The hired car was taken away to the depot. Very efficient service. Thank you.
I cannot recommend this place enough! Brought my car here following an accident that required some major body work. After an accident, I had many long, stressful attempts to sort the repairs with my insurance company and confusion between them and the other related insurance/repair companies. my car had some P/S front body damage and being an automatic car, i was given a manual as a courtesy car but CH couldn't have been better, Christopher brought me round the car, took me through all i needed to know to drive it after many years in an automatic. he was so patient and kind and saved me a lot of stress on my drive home. my car was fixed in a few days and when i went to collect it both Conor and Christopher again were very patient and got me sorted, these boys made the whole process very easy for me (am 78 so not as quick as i used to be lol) and i just want to say a huge thank you to all the customer service guys at Dunmurry, they are all so helpful, they made an old woman very happy. thanks again Winnie
This is a fantastic repair centre. When I rang about my car, they organized a company to deal with the third party insurance and hire car which is a really great service. They also picked the car up from my house!!! I was kept updated on the repairs and it was ready on the date they said it would be. To top it all off it was delivered back to me again by the friendly professional driver. A special mention for Leah who works there. She has first class customer service skills, is very professional and arranged the delivery and pick up of my car which I appreciated greatly. My car is as good as new- top class workmanship on the repair. I am a very happy customer and wouldn't let another garage work on my car.
