Brought my car up because it was lossing power. Kept sending me home with my car because no lights on. Returned with engine management light. But again I was sent home after lights were switched off by machine. I then Paid for a full service with breaks to be changed also. Then 3 weeks later my breaks failed as they wernt changed. They completely failed, I almost crashed. So no breaks pads where changed, and NO service done as I had to repay for it all again. The new mechanic advised me that all new discs and pads needs. Also identified a leak in the airflow pipe. Paid merc tech 700£. Which was a conn. Thanks for taking my money and doing nothing to my car. I have tried to contact merc tech on a few occasions. Absolute Joke of a place.
Staff are wonderful and so helpful! Special shout-out to Joe - he is a great guy and will always go the extra mile.

Left my c220 coupe in for a service and mot check .. I was informed of what work was needed .. Phil and the guys carried out my repairs quickly and on time and even knocked money of my quotation.. Great knowledge of Mercedes’ can’t praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone needing work done , I will definitely use them again ..thanks Phil ..
