After reading such good reviews on Google about Jim and the team, I am unfortunately not able to confirm this as all I dealt with was unprofessional members of staff. Placed a booking for a four wheel alignment, booked annual leave as they need the car for three hours. Morning of the appointment I get a call to say they won’t carry out the alignment and the owner Jim was too much of a coward to come to the phone and deal with his own issues. If you want messed about and have your call hung up on after they waste your day, give these lot a call! They made no apology or any attempt to fix their own issue!
