Taken on time with pleasant chat before the examiner drives the car inside and returns it to the waiting area. If you find yourself in the queue but have arrived on time they will take you out of the queue to ensure you're taken on time.

Well, it's an MoT Centre! I usually wait in the reception (on the LHS looking from the entrance) it is heated, has toilet facilities & a vending machine for refreshments. There's a window to view MoT'd cars coming out. If you say to the mechanic doing the MoT that you'll be waiting in reception, they'll bring the car there for you. Much better than standing outside if you're caul-rifed like me.
Fine service, my car was taken in 10 minutes after the appointment time, after another 10 minutes the MOT was over. No hassle, no complaints, all done and dusted in 20 minutes.
Even though it was snowing and we had to stand outside they were very efficient and time was kept to a minimum
Newtownards is good. Easy to access. Just wear appropriate clothing as you have to wait outside with no cover whilst your car goes through MOT. Can be bitter cold!
A quick and efficient service by polite staff. However, no shelter for service users as they wait. I know the instructions tell people to come prepared, but even some kind of awning would be welcome

Its an MOT centre. Somewhere you go and comply with some instructions before your vehicle is taken inside and examined behind closed doors. You wait outside in a safe spot or at the reception office which the office enquires is closed presently. Somewhere you take your prepared vehicle and hope that it passes its test. I found the experience pleasant enough at this location.
