Promise next day delivery, but send nothing and ignore communication. Had to raise PayPal case. Not sure how PayPal tolerates this scam.
I ordered an item from their web site on the 11/10/20 it said next day delivery ( and still does today ! ) to cut a long story short I never did get the item . I emailed them several times and eventually got a date for delivery WHICH NEVER HAPPENED . So I have given up on them and asked for a refund. I have ordered the item from another company and get delivery tomorrow . This was the first time I had tried to do business with this firm but will avoid them totally in the future. They never contacted me about the none supply I had to chase them up all the time. Customer service is none existent.
Zero stars. Appalling customer service. Ordered 6 batteries on next day delivery. 4 phone calls to be told "the pallet had been damaged and in being returned." They also took my money from Paypal without delivering the goods. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
