Rhiannon, the junior stylist, along with the owner and another stylist, worked on my hair, and they did an incredible job. My hair looks amazing, and I feel so much more confident!

   I absolutely love visiting this salon! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they’ve built a loyal clientele—I’m proud to count myself as one of them. Today, I had my hair cut by the lovely Rhiannon, who is currently a junior stylist. She did an incredible job! Rhiannon really took the time to listen to what I wanted and consulted with Furri (the director, I believe) to ensure everything was done perfectly. I deeply respect this approach; it shows their dedication to providing a flawless experience and avoiding any missteps. The dry trim I received was full of care and attention to detail, and they made me feel truly special with their compliments and genuine focus on my hair. It’s a small, humble-looking salon, but don’t let that fool you—it’s an amazing place to get your hair done. I left feeling cared for and confident, and I can’t recommend them enough!

   I had a very disappointing experience with Stylish Strands. A trainee initially cut my hair and, although it was poorly done, I was understanding since I knew she was still learning. I decided to give them another chance to fix the issue, but when I arrived for my follow-up appointment, I found out the hairdresser who was meant to do my hair wasn’t available and couldn’t assist me. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication—no phone call, text, or email to let me know. It was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. Thankfully, Gracie B in West Bridgford came to the rescue, managing to fit me in and fix the mess. I wouldn’t recommend Stylish Strands based on their lack of care and poor customer service.

   Well I struggle with social anxiety and com0lex personality disorder. I went wirh my daughter today in a state of anxiety. Could never have had such a great experience. She cut quite lot off 4 inches. Yeah I was attached to my hair. But I forgot her full name I now know her as foreee maybe not correctly spelt I never like change I struggle wirh adhd Well I was never in many years felt so relaxed and foree just said trust me. I did and I love it. Shes such a present lady ,I gave her the trust and believe me I got such a lovely nice refreshing hair style. I go to many or pre covid I did. But never felt like relaxed and I love her energy Thank you foree if that's spelt wrong I'm sorry. You done amazing job with making me feel welcome and my hair and daughters. Thank you so much

   Always a pleasure to come to Stylish Strands. The staff here really care about bringing out the best in a client's look, and put a lot of effort into the service they provide. I've been here for hair styling, brows threading and tinting, and lash tinting and on every occasion I've left feeling fantastic. Furri, the owner, really cares about the work she does, and is multi-skilled too. This is by far the best salon I have ever used, and I can't recommend it enough!
