Highly recommend, the lady is so so lovely and gentle, I showed her two pics of how I want my hair and she did it perfect!! You can have a nice conversation and it’s so calm.
I have been coming here for a few years after a recommendation and being in need of a more affordable salon. Donna has cut my hair before and always did a great job and was lovely. More recently I’ve had Emma as my availability was on her day of work. I now take my young son to her as well. I couldn’t take him anywhere else now. Emma is always so calm and patient with him, never rushing or being phased by him not sitting still. She goes out of her way to make him feel at ease and I always leave his or my own appointments feeling like I’ve just had a catch up with an old friend.
Amazing salon the 2 ladies Wendy and Donna are fantastic hairdressers I wouldn’t get my hair cut by anyone else! Ps Donna worked for top salons in London clearly shows in quality of work :)
My first time attending The Salon and I had a half head of foils finished with a cut and blow dry. I have been colouring my hair for five years now and it has never been more perfect than that of the work of The Salon Ladies. Wendy and Donna’s colouring technique was fantastic and they achieved my perfect blonde! Both ladies were attentive and listened to what my vision was. Wendy cut the perfect layers and I left the salon feeling extremely happy with the result. Would highly recommend The Salon!
Have been getting my hair cut here for many years with Emma and have always had a great cut. She is very patient and takes her time with you, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . The atmosphere in the salon is very friendly, and all the staff are lovely

Had a balayage, cut and style done and couldn't be happier with the results. Wendy did a beautiful job and was very attentive to what I wanted whilst giving a really friendly service. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to others.
Wendy and the team are excellent. Been going here for years, my little boy had his first haircut at 11 months old. Always patient if he wants to look around whilst having his haircut
I'm not from the area and booked my appointment for 4pm. I get there at the appointment time and tbh the woman just looked at me and said "I'm running 30 mins behind it's up to you if you want to wait or not" now I know she was on her own but for a potential 1st time client it was not a great service. It was as if had I waited then I'd be Inconveniencing her. Not a great 1st impression. Needless to say I didn't wait and I went next door with my business.
Love coming here, been coming for a few years now, such nice people running it. Hair looks lovely today thank you, everyone says so!!! Relaxed atmosphere and really good prices for West Bridgford.
