   Very rude so called boss or owner whatever he calls himself. Would never ever even walk next to that shop. Still in shock and traumatised by the treatment l received and for years l could not find the strength to write a review after the traumatic experience from that rude man. Went for eye test and they got my px wrong...diagnosed to have reading and driving glasses...and was charge £120 for the 2 pairs. Could not see anything with them could not drive wearing the driving pair as was even unable to read number plate from a car 3metres from me. Could not see the words with reading glasses. Was told to take them regardless and try them on the daily life. Couldnt see with them and took them back but was told to continue using them for a month til my eyes get used...l did so risking my life & others driving while l cudnt see properly. Was also getting terrible headaches daily, something l never experienced in my life....Went back and the man told me there was nothing they can do. I asked for my refund and was told l will never be given a refund as it was the correct presciption and that l should just wear the glasses. I begged for a refund and the man rudely told me that he was not giving me any refund but told me that l was free to leave his shop...never felt that low in my life before & worse having paid £120. The incident left me shaken...and then went to another optician and they prescribed me Varifocal and everything was just clear. I then showed my optician the Miracle Eyes px and they were shocked how different that was to theirs. Each time l see that purple shop it brings back flashbacks.

   Highly unprofessional. First to get booking was a mission, the lady on the phone took forever to get my details down. I was booked in for noon and get a call at 10:30 am the same day if I can be there in next half hour for eye screening. I had booked my half day off for the test which got wasted. They could have least told me a day before so I could have saved on my working hours. And then they were booked in for next 6 weeks. I just cancelled with them and will go to town as town eye screening staff are well organized and handle each person professionally.
