“I started with no strength or experience, the owner Jack is a wonderful instructor, extremely talented and an inspiration. I was nervous starting classes but Jack and his students are very friendly and supportive. You can learn at your own pace and strength levels, Jack caters for all levels in his classes, I've never felt uncomfortable as a complete beginner there. My strength and confidence has increased since starting the classes 6 months ago. 100% recommended for anyone wanting a fun, friendly, challenging and inspiring workout.”
