Was met at the door by a very congenital manager, sorry did not catch his name, who got me a coffee, directed me to a chair and a few moments later, Ibby came over and spent almost an hour with me going over my needs and requirements. Ibby listened while I told him about not main stream needs and requirements that my wife and myself are in need of. When I finished, he produced 2 pages of solutions, 2 of which he put together just by listening. They included elderly parents, dementia, falls etc... Well done done Ibby!!! I work in retail as well as such, am keenly aware of KPI's and NPS's, thus I write this. He is surely a keeper as he knows his product, has empathy and is great on connecting. Well done Ibby!!!
