We booked an appointment for 10:30 and on the phone we specifically asked if we were able to use the Friends and Family discount we had ready! The person on the phone said yes you certainly can. We arrived at 10:30 only to be seen at 10:45. At 10:52 Brad made it clear that were given the wrong details over the phone and this code can only be used online so the best he could do for us is to call EE customer service and we get set up help through the phone. The whole process was completed at 11:30. My sister was with vodafone and she was coming out of contract so I was insisting she comes over to EE as I work for BT and we are very proud of where EE is currently in the market. The whole process was overall extremely hard and no normal person would spend an hour of their time during their Saturday morning to do this. Have in mind that my sister could simply press 2 buttons on her Vodafone app and renew for Β£6 less than what EE’s offer was. The sole reason she did this was because I work at BT and with the Β£6 more at least she got Netflix in her plan. Very disappointed with the customer service and how hard it is to use the F&F discount code.

Hiya all... Was met at the door by a very congenital manager, sorry did not catch his name, who got me a coffee, directed me to a chair and a few moments later, Ibby came over and spent almost an hour with me going over my needs and requirements. Ibby listened while I told him about not main stream needs and requirements that my wife and myself are in need of. When I finished, he produced 2 pages of solutions, 2 of which he put together just by listening. They included elderly parents, dementia, falls etc... Well done done Ibby!!! I work in retail as well as such, am keenly aware of KPI's and NPS's, thus I write this. He is surely a keeper as he knows his product, has empathy and is great on connecting. Well done Ibby!!! You rock!!!

Thought I might be the only one but having read the other recent reviews I'm clearly not! Really rude staff, and similar to the other comments they are surprisingly lazy, just can't be bothered and try and get rid of you. Think something is wrong with the staff they recruit at this particular EE in Cabot Circus store, never have problems anywhere else.

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. The first guide who sold me my iPhone misinformed me in regards to the sim, meaning a second trip back (I live an hour away) was needed. There was then a mess up on my bill, and to top it all off my brand new iPhone has now stopped working. I went to Apple who were appalled, and sent me back to EE for a replacement. I made an appointment in store and was greeted by the most unhelpful older man I have quite possibly ever encountered. He told me I couldn’t cancel my contract (I offered to pay). He told me he couldn’t organise a repair today (I had booked for this) he told me there were β€œno iPhones in the region” for me to get a replacement and advised I visit again another day to see if they can repair the phone. Never in my life have I been so angry at a mobile phone provider.

I do not recommend this company at all. It does not have proper support. They put you in a crisis with their contract and are not willing to cancel their weak contract and force you to pay damages. EE does not have an antenna in our area. I have informed them many times in person and by phone, but they will neither cancel the contract nor fix the antenna and they charge me Β£35 a month. It is a disaster.

Not a happy customer went into the store with a intermittent fault on my phone but mostly working, walked out with no phone working saying if the new Sim Card does not fully activate within 24 hours call Technical well how do I do this without any phone working with the reply of we have done all we can, fortunately a shop not far away EE got my phone working and still working very well now

Came into the store for a replacement sim for my son's phone. Sales assistant Billy took me through the process and my current tariff options with excellent clarification and I walked out of the shop a better off customer

Was served by Ben in store, fantastic service! Definitely should ask for him if you want to sort your broadband out :)

Went in to potentially buy a note 20 as I was trying to decide between 3 and EE. Walked through the door and was quickly asked if I needed help. I said "just browsing" as I didn't want them breathing down my neck while making a big decision. I went to pick up the fake plastic model phones and was told that "we aren't open to browsing and you can't touch the phones as it takes too much cleaning" safe to say I was appalled by the staff members conduct. I went across to 3 where they were only too happy to leave me on my own playing with a real note 20 which I then purchased.
