I’ve had a fair bit of work done by Josh and have always had a great laugh during - and been extremely pleased with the work. Look forward to getting more done! “Super art space in the centre of Swansea. Doesn’t look big from the street, but a large, well-lit exhibition space behind. Pleasant reasonably priced bar inside the entrance. Advertises local arts and cultural events. Staff are pleasant, polite and well informed. Has a roof garden which I imagine is very pleasant on a summer evening.”

“Quite a bustling vibrant atmosphere, chilled relaxed environment. Order via QR code and wait for the goodies to arrive. Service was swift. Staff friendly. Had a pint of the local IPA. Went for the tex mex food and had a mushroom veggie option which was awesome, good spice fairly warm. Loved it. Took a few minutes to be seated, sometimes it is crazy busy. You can reserve a seat as well.”

“Ordered a 5mm white gold 8 carat mens ring, and a 3mm white gold 8 carat women's ring. Both engraved free. Both look great - you could chose the finish (polished or matte) which we went for one each. Engraving has a choice of script. the 3mm ring had to be sent back several times because fo sizing issues - a plastic size tester was sent out prior to the rings arriving and I was torn between two sizes, so the company were very helpful in me returning it and giving size advice. Quick turn around on the resizing too. Would definitely recommend. Price is reasonable, especially when you include engraving and size alterations included (paying for p&p only). I effectively created a ring I found on another site by using the matte finish, and got it for a cheaper price when including engraving.”

“This was a great hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed it every morning. There is also a cute outdoor area to sit closer to nature. The snacks from the bar were also delicious. The only small obstacle is that the hotel does not have an elevator however their staff help you carry your luggage up the stairs. the rooms are great, spacious and with plenty of commodities.”

“I've always found art galleries to be quite intimidating places, with aloof staff, and populated by pseudo-art experts. Not a bit of it with the Slate gallery. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and completely informal, and with a stunning array of pictures available for sale. I was fortunate enough to be shown around by the proprietor, Ceri Williams, who was patient, helpful and very accommodating. The artwork on sale showcases Ceri's amazing versatility - pastel-coloured beach scenes, worked in acrylics, local views over Swansea bay, with storm scenes that capture the anger and energy of the weather with her brilliant cloud-work, and ink drawings of dogs, which convey the motion and energy of their movement. After all this, and after buying 3 pictures, there is an opportunity to relax in there informal cafe and bar on the ground floor, populated by friendly local people. This is a unique gallery experience, and I'd recommend it to anybody, even if you only want to browse Ceri's remarkable works, and enjoy a coffee afterwards! Definite 5-star rating!”

“Fantastic experience, booked a party for the twin 4 year olds with chips sausage and chips!! They decorated the table locley where very helpful!! Unlimited squash offered, lovley play area kept the party kids entertained for the 2 hour slot! Very good value for money as they do everything you even down to cut the cake and pop them in your party bags for you!! The staff are so helpful and lovley will make the effort to visit the place!! Highly recommend! Will be telling everyone I know about you guys!! So quiet aswell which made the experience even better! Thank you so much!!”

“Stayed in seaview room, not only the room has a stunning view over the seaside, internally the interior has a lot of tastes. The owner must have put in a lot of effort and time to decorate it. It is a great if you could relax in the bedroom and enjoy the seaview in any weather. The gound floor common area also has a great collection of records, the music sound is also very good. Generally you feel very cosy and comfomtable when you are inside the hotel.”

Great location next to main dual carriageway and a supermarket, petrol station shop and working men's club all next door - we used all 3 during our stay.
