Had my daughter's 8th birthday party at Cwtsh yesterday and it was fab. Nothing was too much trouble for Emma and her team. The play area is clean and well maintained and the party food was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cwtsh as a venue for a child's party and I'll definitely be booking again next year!
We took our 10 year old and 2 year old here today. It wasn't even supposed to be open, (Mondays they are closed)but the lady who runs the place turned on the lights and let us all play anyway. I definitely don't think we would get that sort of treatment back in England, so thank you for being so welcoming. It cost just shy of £14 for entry and it's well worth the money. It's packed with lots to do. The toddler areas are fantastic and the soft play for older children/adults is also great. They also have a little football/basket ball area, which was a great hit for all of us. The coffee was absolutely delicious. The staff at this place are just lovely and i am very jealous of all of you local people that get to enjoy this place. If we are ever back in this part of Wales again, we will definitely call again. Fantastic experience, booked a party for the twin 4 year olds with chips sausage and chips!! They decorated the table locley where very helpful!! Unlimited squash offered, lovley play area kept the party kids entertained for the 2 hour slot! Very good value for money as they do everything you even down to cut the cake and pop them in your party bags for you!! The staff are so helpful and lovley will make the effort to visit the place!! Highly recommend! Will be telling everyone I know about you guys!! So quiet aswell which made the experience even better! Thank you so much!!
This is by far my favourite local soft play. Great value for money, variety of soft play for all ages and they do lush food. The staff are super friendly, in particular Laura who happily showed me around the new swimming facilities a couple of weeks ago. We also celebrated a birthday party here today and it was so lovely. Again value for money, kids enjoyed the pizza party and the staff were helpful which made it easy for us mums to enjoy a coffee and chat. Thanks so much Cwtsh Newydd. Keep up the great work :-)
We have just been there this morning and we booked the baby sensory room and we had the best morning. The sensory room is the best room we have been to by far. It was spacious and clean and the equipment was brilliant. We are going to make it a weekly visit from now on. We also come here for swimming and its an amazing space. The pool is so warm and its actually a nicely designed room. The staff are very friendly and it was nice to have a good tasty coffee. Thank you
Visited today with me two sons, who are 2 and 3., and we were VERY impressed. My three year old son is autistic, and our biggest challenge with going to soft play is finding one which is inclusive and safe, cwtch did not disappoint. Areas were closed off making it easy to juggle both children, which is not the case in most soft play centres and it can be very stressful with children with high needs! I was able to see the children playing/exploring and keep an eye on the exit point from the seating area, double thumbs up! The lady running the soft play was kind enough to show us the sensory room, which we look forward to booking in the future. And shared with us their plans to expand upstairs into a role play area, which sounds amazing and will help so many children to expand play with learning. The toilets were spotless with baby changing facilities. And there was plenty of choice for food. Will 100% return and recommend.
Had my son’s 7th birthday here today, and we are so happy with how it went. Our 2 hour time slot included as much play in the soft play as the kids wanted, food and squash and a pack of haribo’s per child. Best bit was that they cut the cake and wrapped up all the pieces ready for the party bags. The only thing I had to do was round the kids up at feeding time. Such great value for money and no stress. We even only had to pay for children who came and not for the no shows who I had already booked for. Great friendly attentive staff especially considering how busy it was while we were there and the kids had a blast. Absolutely recommend.
Visited today for a half an hour slot in the sensory room and my 8 month old absolutely loved it and I think we'll visit every week if we can! Wish I had known about it earlier as I'm sure it would've been a big hit when little one was younger too so definitely a good place to take young babies. There is lots of room to crawl or lie, and a set of steps up to a platform which was brilliant for this little one who has recently discovered how to stand and pull up. There is also a bubble light tube with fish, different lights and a wall with sensory bits to play with, a big screen with relaxing videos playing, a small cubby room and squishable sensory liquid floor tiles. Staff were very friendly and showed us to the sensory room which is inside the small soft play section for younger children, but inside a door which bolts closed from the inside to ensure it is not accessed by any younger children inside the soft play, as it is booking only.
Booked for 2 hours play and food for our 4 year old. Been here numerous times, fab soft play area, lovely food and friendly staff. The place is spotless and will definitely return!! Have also attended parties here and they have been brilliant also!! Thankyou
