   Had a cut and colour by Filipa (the_hair_pixy on Instagram and facebook) and wanted to say how much I love my hair and the experience! Filipa gave me a beautiful copper colour, with toned blonde money pieces, and helped lighten my very thick hair, and I'm obsessed with the result. I made Filipa aware that I'm autistic with information processing issues so throughout the appointment she explained exactly what was happening at every step, and I felt truly advocated for. Highly recommend to anyone reading!!

   First of all I wanna say thank you for seeing me even though I was late, all the staff we’re amazing and so polite and had given loads of compliments to my colour change, the two girls that were training you both did a really good job so thank you!    Jemima has coloured my hair today, she was professional, friendly & welcoming. Everyone at W Creative is doing an incredible job at training their new staff to be just as amazing as they all are.    I have been to many hair dressers in my time but none like W Creative. Many hair salons I have attended have a feel about them that makes you feel uncomfortable. But W Creative is certainly the opposite. All of the girls & Ben always make you feel so welcome and are such a friendly (and normal) team. The salon is full of personality and has a great atmosphere. I travel over an hour to have my hair done by Emily and my hair looks the best it has ever looked and is in the best condition it has ever been!

   I had a massage at W beauty Creative Salon this week (they've just moved across the road from these photos) and it was a fantastic experience. The booking, questions process, email before hand and reminder by text all felt professional and well organized. The massage was a fantastic experience and Anya was really helpful and friendly and explained everything (new treatment to me!) Highly recommended.
