   First time visiting TUI Telford today, and I must say they were amazing! Lois was such a big help, making sure our family holiday was perfect for us! I don't have much experience booking holidays, but she made it so easy, talked us through everything, and made sure we fully understood everything. I have two children with additional needs, and she was amazing with them, talking to them directly, and even giving them their own boarding pass to fill in whilst they waited. She is a credit to the store! We are very excited now for our holiday! Thank you Lois and the Telford team! I will definitely be coming in store again to book all future holidays.

   I dealt with the Nathan at the Telford shop. We booked our cruise for next year with him. He was very professional and patient. He talked me through ever step to make sure I understood what we were getting. He helped me look for other cruises to but this one just fitted the time of year we wanted etc. We will definitely be booking our future holidays with the Telford store and hopefully with Nathan again.

   Firstly, may I say how clean, well lit and welcoming the Telford Town centre branch of TUI is. My wife and I have had many positive experiences over a number of years booking our holidays with TUI. My wife and I have never been on a cruise before and weren't sure where to start. We were introduced to Keenan who was most helpful, taking us through the whole process of booking a cruise.    Went in with firm ideas in mind. Annie served us and she was FIRST CLASS. Professional and helpful, she has apparently only being doing the job for a year, but she could have easily been doing it for a decade! She sorted out everything AND brought to our attention several superb additional areas to consider (my wife is disabled) - and then actioned them straight away! Annie is living proof why I MUCH prefer to deal with another human being than with a computer! Fantastic. (And Annie deserves a raise!)
