   I couldn’t be more grateful for the help and advice from Caroline at Kinver Travel Centre. We booked a break to Krakow and Caroline offered a number of options and suggestions based on her own knowledge of the city. Based on her suggestions we booked a hotel that was in a perfect location for us, it was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, we could walk to many of the attractions and were surrounded by a vast choice of restaurants. Caroline helped with checking in online and arranged private transfers. A memorable trip to Auschwitz was also arranged prior to our trip and was very professionally led. I was also kindly helped by Nicky when I had a couple of queries prior to travelling. All round a 5 star service, thank you.

   It's been years since I've used a travel agent and have been used to researching for hours every site going! This year I popped into the office just on the off chance of picking up some brochures. I had no idea where we wanted to go but knew that we needed something to suit the whole family (including grown -up girls). I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Frances. She really listened to our situation and suggested Corsica, which had never entered our minds. The more we looked into it the more interested we became and then Frances found us the perfect flights and accommodation. I know that she spent a lot of time on this and was also contacting me from home, so it was clear that she really cared about finding the right deal. From now on I will be very happy to use Kinver Travel Centre and would happily recommend you to other people who might be as lost as I was! I just wanted you to know what a difference this service has made and that we are very grateful to Frances!

   Caroline and Nikki are both great travel consultants. Detailed with good communication, whether long haul or more local, I would highly recommend their services. This past 14 months they have organised holidays for me to Sardinia, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, and currently working on a Australia trip. Whether hotels, fly drive, or Villa holidays, their suggestions have proved to be excellent including all car hire, airport taxi, lounges, etc.

   Cannot praise Kinver Travel Centre enough. If we could we would give six stars! Friendly, relaxed, throughly informative giving professional advice in all aspects when we were booking our first cruise in what was a special year for us. Attention to detail always impeccable, indeed every aspect of our holiday was really well organised right down to the travel pack provided by the team before we departed. Without hesitation we would recommend this company to anyone who is considering booking any holidays. We will definitely be paying them a visit again if only to increase their workload!    Booked a holiday through Kinver Travel for May 2021, however due to the pandemic we were concerned about travelling to Portugal. The holiday was changed quickly and easily. Michelle and the girls at Kinver Travel kept us updated on everything, printed all the paperwork out for us. Cannot thank them enough. I would definitely recommend using your local travel agent in the current situation as they take care of everything for you.
