Frankie is the most lovely and professional beauty therapist I have ever been to! Not only does she make you feel so comfortable, her talent is amazing. I have had classic lashes twice now with her, and she always gets the look exactly how I wanted. I wanted to focus on length rather than volume, she talked me through what she could do, and of course they ended up looking lovely and long. They also lasted me over 3 weeks looking in great condition, especially given the helpful after care advice Frankie provided. Gorgeous salon and just so relaxing when someone is so welcoming!

5 ***** star service all the way from beginning to end. Being over due for a haricut I booked here for the first time last week after I found out about them from Frankie and Rosa. Frankie booked me in with her mum Carmela. I am a funny so and so when it comes to changing haridressers, but the girls were very polite and so I figured why not, when I phoned Frankie booked me in. The traffic was bad that day due to road works and I ended up running late, so I called ahead to explain I was on the way and to check that it was still ok. Carmela was just as polite as her daughters and said no problem. When I arrived my first impression was what a lovely place, bright, clean, fresh and well laid out, I was greeted as soon as I opened the door and made to feel very welcome, in fact the level of service was outstanding, I can not for the life of me remember when I received such a high level of customer service. The chair was comfortable, I was offered a drink, and then asked what I would like (this is where I become an awkward customer), but I am the worlds worst at describing what I would like done, but this did not phase Camela at all, she gave me a few suggestions and then said if I was happy to leave her to it, I was, so I did. She explained things as we went along, we had a nice friendly chat and a little while later my hair looked great, I was so pleased. I will be going back when it needs cutting. With such great service, very professional and amazing skills with a pair of scissors why would'nt I. I highly recommend them and if you are looking for beauty therapies then Frankie does those at the same place. Thank you for the best hair cutting experience Ive had in I don't know how long. ____________________ Update: I have been coming here for over 6 months now, the service level is every bit as excellent as it was the first time I came. Everyone here is very friendly, welcoming and professional, I have been recommending people who have also been and are continuing to go. They have said that they too have had positive experiences here and that they are telling friends and family, which for me is great as you always like to know that when you recommend someone they follow through, and here to the best of my knowledge, they do, every time with every person. Highly recommend trying them for hair or beauty. I have also added a couple of photos to show of their nice Christmas decorations.
Absolutely horrendous experience here, had to leave.. asked for lowlights ended up with them an inch and half away from my roots plus Orange/yellow blonde high lift at the roots.. didn't stay for the cut and blow dry as i was in shock, grey charcoal mucky colours through mid to ends. I refused to pay.. thankfully I got a great correction done from another local hairdressers instead.
