   Five star service today at Kwik Fit, The Octagon, Plymouth! Booked in by phone and was given several options when my tyre could be looked at for a possible repair - same day service! It was even better, I was in and out in 20 mins, the tyre repaired and my car back on the road! Such a relief! I remember using this branch several years ago and being impressed. Thank you for a great experience, and I will be back for a full set of tyres in the coming months!

   Took my car in while it was making some very severe grinding noises as I was worried about driving it any further. The team got me in as soon as they could, checked the car thoroughly, identified the issue and fixed it so it was safe to drive again. They kept me informed all the way through the process, answered all my questions with patience and were professional and friendly. Once the issue had been identified and fixed, they explained exactly what had gone wrong to me (it was an issue with the wheel hubs) so I understood. A massive thank you to Jay and the team for making a stressful time so much less stressful! :)

   Hit a pothole on way down to Plymouth and needed a replacement. Don't normally go for Kwik-Fit, but they had convenient availability and easy booking online for same-day fitting (and competitive prices for replacement tyres). Manager Craig was very helpful and went the extra mile in helping provide a reference for a council refund claim. Would recommend.
