   New name. New manager. Same dentists. Poor show. Since being taken over by Lalor after both Mr Jordan and Mr Mason left, my experience has been less than positive. I am basically unable to contact them by phone, and unsure as to the reason why. Appointments are hard to get and emergency dental practically impossible. I have had appointment cancelled at late notice with a proposed reschedule 4 months later. New patients are not NHS and any old NHS patients have been either removed or encouraged onto the new private plan. A revised focus on cosmetic treatments may be positive to others but this used to be a reasonably priced accommodating family dentist. It is not any more. Update. Wrote the above when I was angry and in pain. Got a thorough reception and got an appointment eventually. Kelly at reception is pure class and will look after you. Appointment cancellation was a staffing issue and there are new staff to suit now. New dentists all round, Mr Mason, Black and Jordan now all gone. I am cautiously hopeful about the new management and approach, however lack of NHS appointments now means practice is much dearer than it once was.

   If it's dental care you want, this isn't the place. I've been a patient here for over 30 years with nothing but good experiences, but from Mr Jordan retired, under the new owner it's been a complete shambles. In the past 12-18 months, its been nearly impossible to get an appointment. After months of waiting appointments have been cancelled with no rebooking. When I did get in to see a dentist broken equipment meant needing another follow up apt months later. They're happy to be taking fees every month for zero service. I've talked to several other patients who have all had the same experiences, so it's not one offs! Plenty of other dentists in East Belfast to use.

   I was not registered with this practice but I was in a lot of pain while I was working for my uncle and he took me here to check if they would see me. Even though they were fully booked up the manager Emily got me in for an appointment the same day and the staff were very kind and helpful. I am very happy with my experience here and they deserve 5 stars.

   Been going here since David first started his private practice. Absolutely wonderful in every way. All the staff are terrific and David has seen me through many a dental crisis with amazing skill, patience, humour and consideration. I cannot fault them in any way - simply the best. If ever going to the dentist could be described as a pleasure, then this is it !!

   Today was my first time at Jordan dental! And I can honestly I can't wait for my treatment to start! I went in with the weight of the world on my shoulders about my teeth and David and Emily were amazing with me!! They made me feel so at ease and reassured me they will do everything they can to help me !!! I will highly recommend this dental surgery to everyone ❤️❤️

   I was made to feel very welcome from the minute i walked into Jordan Dental. I am a very nervous patient as i have had trouble in the past with other dentist and both David and Emily made me feel at ease. Every time i go for check ups i am always made to feel like a part of the Family. Emily is very helpful and is always there to make me feel comfortable when i'm in the chair for any fillings or problems that i may have. I would recommend Jordan Dental to anyone, they have put my trust back in dentists again.
