I have had nothing but good experiences since joining this dental clinic, Very professional and friendly staff. Planned all my work out well, detailing what would happen each session. Great dental work, i would highly recommend.
I can't thank Aisling enough I had an appointment to get a filling replaced which was done. I also needed an extraction for a tooth that had fractured in half and below the gum line. I was going to New Zealand in 4 days time to visit relatives and was going to leave the extraction until I got back however she managed to fit me in two days later for the extraction. I'm a very nervous patient and always took intravenous sedation for anything like this but she was very considerate and reassuring that I would be OK on the gas and air which I was thanks to her understanding and patience. However I would need intravenous sedation if there was a big job to be done. Hope the surgery will be able to provide this in the future. Trevor.
Appointment was 1st thing in the morning. Dentist arrived late after looking like they where dragged through a hedge backwards. Eventually got called was expected to know where the surgery was "oh have you never been in here before" been going to this dentist almost 30 years under Jordan dental. Went in explained my issue. The dentist then started poking at the wrong teeth and I had to tell them they where looking at the wrong place. After looking in the right place they then got pissed off with me telling me I shouldn't have taken pain killers before appointment. Told them I hadn't. They then told there assistant that they don't know what the problem was and that they would give me antibiotic to see if it would help. As we where waiting for the tablets the dentist had me sitting awkwardly while they scrolled through tiktok. Eventually when the antibiotic arrive they decided to give me an x ray. Told me that in future to only call when I am in pain. Had to explain that I did that but the earliest appointment was 3 weeks later. Then as I was setting my bill I was told it would be £73. Daylight robbery at its finest. Being treating like shit and given tablets "just to see" and a hefty bill like that as beyond a joke. Lalor is a joke and I won't be back As I cant respond to the review, not once did I suggest it was on the 17th, nor did I name the dentist on duty. It wouldnt be hard to check appointments to find my name but the appointment was 13th November 8:30am. I reported my complaint to the receptionist so either that wasnt taken seriously or you have ignored it.
Never thought I'd be compelled to review a dentist but here we are... Aisling and her team are incredible. Despite the pressure all dentists are under they manage to make the service feel very personal and catered. All the staff are great and very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend enough.
I can’t thank Aisling Lalor Dental enough! After breaking my tooth on Friday night, they kindly fitted me in on Monday an absolute lifesaver. Aisling was incredibly pleasant and made the whole experience stress free and comfortable. What really stood out was the atmosphere. The staff were genuinely enjoying their work, laughing and chatting with each other. It created such a warm, relaxed environment, which was a total breath of fresh air compared to my previous dentist which honestly felt more like a morgue! Highly recommend.
I genuinely cannot recommend Aisling Lalor Dental-Skin highly enough! I have always wanted to enhance my smile, but was unsure as to where to go to get this done. Aisling was then recommended to me and I couldn't be more delighted that I went to her and her team to get my work done. Thanks to their expertise, and incredible work, I have not stopped smiling since! Furthermore, I also decided to get some skin treatment done with them and I have since seen a massive improvement to my skin thanks to the products prescribed! Aisling and her whole team are absolutely phenomenal, and it is so clear to see that you are significantly more than just a customer. You simply could not pay me to go elsewhere and I think that perfectly sums up just how fantastic they are! Thanks for everything!
I highly recommend Aisling Lalor Dental-Skin. I have been having skin treatment for just over a year now for my acne and am really seeing a difference with my skin thanks to the treatments and products. Aisling is very gentle with my face during the treatments and it so respectful of making up a skin routine that takes in both budget and what my skin needs. I've never felt like I've ever been up sold any products or made to buy something I didn't need which makes me trust Aisling with my skin completely. All the staff are so lovely especially Julie on the front desk.
I have been visiting Aisling Lalor Dental since November 2021. I had a cracked tooth and they were able to see me as an emergency the following morning. I had chronic fear of the dentist from bad experiences in my teens and was so worried before I attended. The girls completely put me at ease on arrival and after the initial emergency appointment, I had a follow up review to come up with a plan to achieve my perfect smile! The girls were all so patient and thorough with explaining all my options. I was always so self-conscious of my smile and now have my absolute dream teeth with thanks to the amazing work by the dental team! Plus I no longer have any fear of the dentist. Highly recommend to anyone who needs any dental work or wants to achieve their perfect smile with cosmetic dentistry. My children now also attend and have always had great experiences when needing dental work carried out including check ups and cleans, fillings and extractions. They have always felt at ease with the team here at Aisling Lalor Dental. Great customer experience and always service with a smile.
I’ve wanted my lower teeth straightened for years and I finally did it!!! Aisling has been amazing throughout my journey. From an extensive first consultation she explained everything in great detail. During all treatments Aisling made me feel extremely at ease with her calm and caring way, I am not the best in the dental chair! I had the fixed tooth coloured braces fitted, I’m so glad I choose the natural look as it was very hard to tell I even had braces on!! In between my monthly check up’s I needed a few extra appointments Julie and Lisa where amazing at getting me squeezed in, the girls are so helpful and nothing is ever to much for them!! Thank you for Aisling Lalor Team for making me smile again and for being a fab wee team to deal with, Gayle x
I couldn't recommend Aisling Lalor enough! Aisling and all the staff are so nice and as someone who was always quite nervous going to the dentist I actually enjoy going now. With my fears gone after finding the perfect dentist I decided I wanted to improve my smile so i spoke to aisling about composite bonding. They were more than happy to answer all my questions and talk me through everything in detail. I am so glad that I did as I now have my perfect smile and 7 months later I am still in love with my teeth.
